Foremost, Everything Furniture did a fine job with shipping a delivering this item well within the alloted timeframe and gave timely responses to all of my inquiries. The chair is quite comfortable and the quality and craftsmanship in the material is wonderful. I did have to make some adjustments to secure the legs of the chair, the pilot holes guiding the legs were off slightly and I found it easier to fully secure the wood screws with a power drill as opposed to doing so by hand. The chair itself is sturdy and in appearence beautiful. A slightly dampenend cloth with pledge is all that is needed to clean. The buttons, both framing the chair and ottoman, as well as the ones that secure the seat and back are well attached and aligned; very well made. My "three-stars" is because Coaster has incorrectly measured the dimensions of this chair. This chair would suit someone who is no taller that 5'4"-5'6" and no larger than a medium build. I am 6' 2", slim build and thought that this chair would accomodate me with the dimensions listed as 41" height X 33" width X 31" depth. In actuality the chair measures 37" height X 26" width X 24" depth (arm padding measures 14" in length). I'm just too tall for the "wings" to provide adequate support! The ottoman, coincidentally, actually measures 24" width X 17" depth and 15" height. It would be an excellent chair for someone small in stature and of medium weight!!
