We love this bed. One part was broken in shipping (one arm for the ladder) but they promptly sent me a replacement. She was courteous and helpful. This picture doesn't show the ladder as I haven't put it on yet, but the bed looks very nice and the boys love it. Setup took some time but it's not hard. Be careful when you receive it that you pull things out carefully. We found the packaging for the screws broken so we had to hunt for them in the bottom of the box.
