I have degenerative disc pinched nerves and sacrolitis in areas of my spine. Lumbar being the worst. This mattress though, I do not wake up with burning pain multiple times through the night my hands aren't numb constantly. Definitely worth it considering I spent 110$ more on a hybrid and it caused a lot of pain. Very firm. When you move from your spot there is very little sinkage left where you were! The sides don't give if you tend to get on the edge of it! I've been sleeping so well this last week and a half!
