For the last 2 years, my 5 year-old twins have been sharing a full-sized bed. The bed was a bunk bed but no one wants to sleep on the top so both kids slept together on the bottom. They love each other and play well together but sleep is a whole different issue. While my son likes his space, my daughter likes to roll around and explore all the corners of the bed in her sleep. So we sold their full-sized bed and got them separate twins. I let my daughter pick out her bed and this is the one she chose.Pros:- Design. It's simple and modern. The headboard is high with sparkling crystals (see pictures). The crystals are plastic without sharp edges. The footboard and side rails match the headboard in color and material. The bed is pretty low to the floor so kids are less likely to hurt themselves if they roll off. The side rails are rather high so they can accommodate thicker mattresses as well as cover a good amount of clearing to prevent large items from rolling under the bed and being lost forever.- Assembly. This bed is very easy to assemble. The instructions are adequate similar to what I would expect from a popular swedish furniture chain. I was provided with extra screws which is nice just in case anything was lost or missing during assembly. Simple tools are included which work well but if you have a nice allen wrench set this will work better. The slats are well made and connected. There is a piece of wood at the end of the side rail (see pictures) to put the first slat in so that the slats don't move around underneath. Slats are also held in place by screws at the end and in the middle (see pictures).- Support. The bed seems solid. With the included slats, I was able to put a 10-inch twin foam mattress on and my child was able to jump up and down without any worrisome creaking noises. I did buy some additional wood at a local store and cut them up to add additional slats for myself in case my wife or I may have to sleep there. I added about 10 slats (see pictures) with the following dimensions (39.25 inches x 2.5 inches x 0.5 inches) and it supported my 200 lb frame without issues. And then I took a 2hr nap on it.Cons:- Side rails. The side rails come in 2 pieces that are connected together with a metal plate and solid screws. I'm familiar with this method but I guess it does help with packaging and design. During assembly, the side rails seem wobbly after you put it together but once the whole bed is assembled, it was surprisingly quite sturdy. I guess it's not a real con but it's really the only thing I can think of that made me question the purchase.Overall, this purchase was solid and nearly all positive. My daughter loves her new bed and if it supports my weight, it will easily support her.The bed is awesome and the functionality is amazing I have no complaints besides the way it was packaged almost everything was scattered and washers were everywhere the box was tore on the corners I give the actual product 5 stars the packaging and shipping 2 starsThey are so cute my girls love them!My daughter loves her new bed. Very pretty and sturdy. The heights is nice for her, because she always jumps on bed. It is easy to assemble.I really like the bed it’s nice cute for a little girl, what I didn’t really like is how low it is and frágil the wood is also but other than that it’s nice.Overall it is a good product and can handle up to 350 ib and the assembly is not too hard. My daughter likes it.I love the bed, it was fairly simple to assemble. There was an un sturdy piece but the sellers were amazing with compensation and guaranteed a 90 day warranty. It's good design, I had issue with it the costumer service solved it right away. The Bed looks as advertised. Here are some of my observations.1- Assembly was easy.2- The Headboard is the best part of the bed3- It is not heavy duty bed, thus no jumping for the kids. ( I am afraid it will break)4- so far my daughter and my wife has slept on it, and it holds.thanksThis box with legs and parts was already opened when arrived, the legs were full of dust and sands and looked like they were used. AND NO TOOLS INSIDE! And screws were missing as well! I don't know how to install the bed without these.
